What happens if I cancel?+
After Pro expires, you move to Free (5 analyses + 30 chats limit). The desktop app and manufacturing rules keep working, and past analyses stay in your history. Only the Pro features pause until you resubscribe: unlimited analyses and multi-process auto-comparison.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes — 7 days, no questions. Lemon Squeezy processes it directly.
Is my CAD safe?+
Your STP/STEP files never leave your computer (Pro or Free, same guarantee). Only the analysis results (defect findings, cost summary, file hash and name) sync to the cloud, so your history follows you across devices. CAD geometry and design drawings are never transmitted. Pro and Free differ only in usage quota. Data handling is identical.
Which manufacturing processes do you support?+
Today: injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming, compression molding, plastic 3D printing (plastics 6) + CNC machining, sheet metal, die casting, metal 3D printing (metals 4) — 10 processes. We're expanding to 14 fully-supported processes in upcoming releases.
Do I need Fusion 360 or SolidWorks?+
No. You only need an STP/STEP file. The desktop app runs standalone — no heavy CAD install required. Available on macOS and Windows (Microsoft Store).
What's the chat for?+
Every report has a chat panel. Click on a flagged issue to attach it as context, then ask about it in plain language, in the report's language. The answer comes from that file's findings, material, and process, not a general chatbot that doesn't know your part. Free includes 30 chat questions; Pro is unlimited.
