Acceptance

By registering for Fabdose, downloading the desktop application, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Fabdose.

Service description

Fabdose provides Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis for STP/STEP CAD files. Analysis runs entirely on your local computer. The Free plan includes 5 analyses. The Pro plan ($35 per month) includes unlimited analyses and a multi-process auto-comparison PDF report.

Pricing

Fabdose is billed in USD. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record, incorporated in Singapore and the United States).

• Free plan: 5 analyses, no payment required.
• Pro plan: $35 per month (excluding tax). Billed monthly. Korean customers: 10% VAT is added on top at checkout ($35 + $3.50 VAT). English-language receipts are issued by Lemon Squeezy. Korean tax invoices (세금계산서) are not issued.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

• 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, email support@fabdose.app for a full refund, no questions asked.
• After 7 days: you may cancel and retain access through the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued after the 7-day window.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Fabdose only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Uploading STP/STEP files that infringe a third party's intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyse any file you use with Fabdose.
• Automated scraping, bulk extraction of analysis results, or use of Fabdose to build a competing product.
• Any attempt to abuse the referral programme, including using multiple accounts or fabricated device identities to claim rewards.
• Fair use — automated or unreasonably excessive usage may be temporarily rate-limited.

Intellectual property

All software, algorithms, DFM rule sets, and visual design comprising Fabdose are owned by or licensed to Fabdose. Your CAD files and the analysis results generated from them remain your property. Fabdose makes no claim to ownership of your design data.

Limitation of liability

Fabdose analysis results are provided for informational purposes only. Manufacturing decisions — including whether to proceed with production, modify a design, or engage a supplier — are entirely your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fabdose is not liable for any production costs, manufacturing defects, delivery failures, or commercial losses arising from reliance on analysis results.

Disclaimers

The DFM analysis engine applies heuristic rule-based checks. It does not guarantee complete detection of all manufacturability issues, and results may not reflect the specific tolerances, equipment, or practices of any given manufacturer. Fabdose is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional engineering review.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete account. Fabdose may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
