Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

The following refund terms apply to the Pro subscription ($35 per month):

• Within 7 days of payment: full refund, no questions asked, regardless of usage.
• After 7 days: no refund. No pro-rata refund is issued.
• After cancellation: if cancelled past the 7-day window, you retain access through the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests made more than 7 days after payment.
• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.
• Referral credits: these are awarded as free credits and are not eligible for cash refund.

How to request a refund

You may request a refund through either of the following channels:

• Lemon Squeezy customer portal: go to Account settings > Manage subscription > Open portal and submit a refund request directly.
• Email: contact billing@fabdose.app with your billing email address and a brief description of the reason. We will coordinate with Lemon Squeezy on your behalf.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Additional time may be required depending on your card issuer's processing schedule.

Disputes and consumer protection

If you have a dispute regarding a refund, the following options are available:

• Lemon Squeezy dispute process: as Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy handles chargebacks and payment disputes directly with card networks.
• Korea Consumer Agency: consumers in the Republic of Korea may file a dispute with the Korea Consumer Agency (www.kca.go.kr) for e-commerce related complaints.
